Coupled with formal training in architecture and construction management, Mr. Sutherland provides a hands-on knowledge base which will adeptly orchestrate the design/build process.

Frank DarConte is a professional architect and an experienced leader within all areas of Facilities Construction from site management and project administration to preparation of Contracts, Project Procurement, Scheduling, and Estimating. During his 30 - year career, he has participated in over One Billion Dollars worth of Construction Projects. He has continued to set high standards and ensure his project team exceeds expectations, which consistently result in projects that are completed on time, within budget and achieve client’s overall programmatic goals.

Frank Messano, a licensed Architect in New York has over 32 years of experience in Architecture, Construction and Construction Management. He utilizes his outstanding coordination skills, pre-construction and Project Management techniques to successfully direct the project teams. He has worked on diverse and complex building types extensively with Corporate, Institutional and Educational clients on new construction, building renovation and capital improvement projects.

Thomas Greco is the Chief Estimator of W.J. Northridge Construction and is a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of experience in all phases of commercial construction. Mr. Greco brings a variety of comprehensive skill sets to the Project Team. His in-depth knowledge of costing structures and the NY Metropolitan area marketplace provides W.J. Northridge with enhanced Estimating capabilities.
